By accessing or using FlatSEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

FlatSEO provides AI-powered SEO analysis tools including but not limited to: URL Analyzer, Site Audit, Meta Inspector, Keyword Research, Backlink Checker, and Search Engine Visualizer. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of analysis results.

SEO analysis results are informational and should not be considered professional SEO advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified SEO professional for critical business decisions.

You may use some features without an account. To access the full platform, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze, if doing so violates their terms, (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions, (c) use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond its intended API, (d) resell or redistribute analysis results as a competing service, or (e) submit malicious URLs or payloads.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Free Plan: Includes access to all 6 SEO tools with usage limits (anonymous: 5 checks/hour, registered: 50 checks/hour). No credit card required.

Paid Plans (Starter & Pro): Offer unlimited tool access and higher page limits. Billing is managed through Stripe. You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the charge.

All content, design, logos, and software comprising FlatSEO are the property of FlatSEO and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Analysis results generated by the Service for your website are yours to use freely — you may share, publish, or act on them as you see fit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlatSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or failing that, through the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
